  • 'Credit' refers to virtual tokens purchased for using the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted on the Service website or otherwise communicated to users. We may update these Terms as necessary, and changes will take effect upon posting.

4. Account Registration

You can sign up for the Service using social login (Google, Kakao). By signing up, you agree to these Terms of Service.

5. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

  • Jungian psychology-based psychological analysis reports
  • Counseling history storage and access
  • Art therapy features

6. Payment and Refunds

Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. Used credits are non-refundable. Refund policies for unused credits follow the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

7. User Obligations

Users must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Infringe on others' rights or damage their reputation
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Collect or modify Service information without authorization

8. Disclaimer

The tarot counseling provided by the Service is for psychological reference purposes only and does not replace professional mental health services. If you have serious psychological issues, please seek help from qualified counselors or medical professionals. The Service is not responsible for any damages resulting from counseling outcomes.

9. Service Restriction and Termination

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, we may restrict service access or terminate the user agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is located.
